We have an exciting opportunity for a organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator.  

 

The role will include occasional travel to Queensland.

 

In this diverse role you will be responsible for performing project coordination and administration functions of projects.

 

Your responsibilities will include;

 

  • Contract Administration including claims, time and financial administration, and change management
  • Assist the project manager and site manager throughout projects with documentation, financial management and correspondence control
  • Maintain communications with the client and consultants to enhance project outcomes and Regis Built relationships
  • Prepare, review, and submit project deliverables
  • Assist Project Manager with preparation and presentation of quarterly report
  • Other responsibilities as required 
 

 

To be successful for this role, you will be professional, detail-oriented, flexible and a team-player. We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual who can keep up with the demands of this position.

 

In addition, you will ideally have the following:

 

  • Proven experience (1 year +) in the commercial building and construction sector 
  • Diploma or Degree in Construction Management (or similar related studies)
  • Strong ability to build positive professional relationships with clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good sense of teamwork, competency and capability
