The Kane Constructions’ Site Manager Traineeship has been developed to provide core values, increase the skill base and improve the knowledge of our trainees, culminating in the graduation of quality Site Managers.

Throughout the traineeship, you will be provided with:

• Support and guidance from a mentor with one on one coaching from the Senior Site Manager
• The opportunity to work on fast paced interesting, exciting projects that you will be proud of
• Meaningful and challenging work
• Opportunity to work in great teams and form lifelong friendships

You will ideally demonstrate;

• Qualified carpentry background ‘or equivalent construction knowledge’
• Diploma of Building & Construction ‘or similar course’
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
