Contract Administrator opportunities on offer;


  • South Yarra based - $25M healthcare Project
  • Frankston based - $35M healthcare Project

 

These roles present an exciting opportunity for technically proficient CA's to work across Erilyan's exciting portfolio of projects.


We're looking for people who can hit the ground running and assume responsibility for projects from feasibility through to completion of contractual obligations, within scope and under budget.

Salary offer subject to ability and experience level.
 

 

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate;

 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a dedicated CA role and experience with a Head Contractor
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management ability
  • Experience in management of project financials and cost reporting
  • Track record of delivering contract admin on projects in full, on time
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to Scope Trade Packages and make recommendations to PM
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and construction methodology/buildability practices
  • Ability to support the PM and drive project delivery throughout all project stages and close out jobs financially upon completion
  • Jobpac or Cheops experience essential
