We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Contract Administrator to join our construction team in a full time, site-based role. The successful applicant will support the Site Manager and Project Manager to deliver unique apartment projects by:

 

  • Controlling all on site administration duties;
  • Preparing tender packages, vetting quotes, and negotiating sub-contract agreements;
  • Preparing and managing all sub contract agreements;
  • Overseeing project costs, certifying progress claims, reconciling all invoices, managing, monitoring and reporting project expenditure;
  • Interpreting, controlling and distributing project design documentation;
  • Attending and minuting regular on site meetings;

 

A competitive salary offer is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

 

 

Applicants should possess the following attributes: 

 

  • Diploma or Degree in Building / Construction Management (or similar)
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience, ideally within a Contract Administrator role
  • Strong computing skills, incl. proficiency with MS Office software suite and financial/project management software - JOBPAC experience ideal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude
